Whether it’s family workshops that equip parents and children, Toys are Tools Toolboxes to give parents what they need to help their child, worship nights that lift hearts in praise, outreach projects that extend Christ’s love to those in need, or community celebrations that create spaces of joy and belonging, every gathering is designed to draw people closer to one another and to Christ.
We believe discipleship happens not only in churches but also in living rooms, parks, and community centers. By offering meaningful opportunities for families and neighbors to come together, we foster stronger relationships, build resilience, and create lasting change. To have a clear vision, we believe you must first have a firm foundation. Our foundation is rooted in the scriptures of the Bible. From this foundation, we stand firm on God's Word and rely on Him for every step we take.
Our History
Sow Simply Said Ministries: Love God, Serve Others, emerged from a profound vision that God ignited in the heart of our founder, Julie Burnett. Julie felt a divine nudge to cultivate disciples and provide spiritual nourishment, empowering others to deepen their love and connection with the Lord. The name "Sow Simply Said" is inspired by John 21:17, where Jesus gently asked Peter if he loved Him. Peter affirmed his love, and Jesus encouraged him with a simple instruction: "Feed my sheep." This powerful exchange reminds us that God’s message is beautifully straightforward: to love Him and, through that love, serve others.
With unwavering passion, Julie began her journey by sending out weekly devotionals, each one crafted to uplift and guide others in their daily walks with Christ. But she didn’t stop there! She launched impactful workshop sessions called "A Night of Discovery," designed to illuminate the incredible gifts that God has already endowed within each of us. These workshops inspire individuals to recognize their talents and use them to uplift others, furthering the Kingdom of God.
Julie’s journey took an exciting turn when she noticed a pressing need in her community. She turned to God, asking how she could make a difference. From her heartfelt request, God revealed a beautiful vision for action. She saw that many families with children experiencing developmental delays lacked access to the high-quality toys essential for learning and growth. This revelation became the foundation for Julie’s mission. Emboldened by her God-given purpose, Julie established Sow Simply Said Ministries: Love God, Serve Others, a Christ-centered 501(c)3 organization designed to fulfill this vision. Now, Simply Said is ready to make a remarkable impact, serving our community and nurturing disciples with love and compassion. Together, we can embrace this journey, spreading joy and hope as we empower one another to reach our goals and fulfill our divine destinies!
